Title: How to Heal a Broken Wing
This is very sweet book about a young child who finds a bird with a broken wing. He is the only one who notices this poor bird lying on the ground after it hits a window. There are several people walking all around -- but no one looks down to find this bird, except Will. He takes it home and with tender love, care, and time, the bird is able to fly again. This is such an endearing story. When the bird is able to fly, Will lets it go. This story is told with many pictures, and not too much dialog. It is a beautiful story. Loved it.

Although kindergarten provides unique challenges for a young buffalo, one who follows the rules and tries his best will get along fine. We read this book for our recent kindergarten party and the kids just loved it. They found it very funny and cute. I would highly recommend it to anyone going back to school.
