If you are a current OverDrive user or are interested in getting started with eBooks and downloadable audiobooks, we recommend that you give Libby a try. Libby is a new app from OverDrive. It is the easiest way to use Wisconsin's Digital Library on your mobile device. The new app is available in the Apple App Store, Google Play, and the Windows Store. While you can continue to use the current OverDrive app, we think you will enjoy Libby's features and easy of use.
Visit the Libby Help page to answer all your questions or visit the Meet Libby page for a quick video introduction. Or just down load the app and give it a try. All you need is your library card and PIN to get started.

The RBdigtal gateway, the launching site for Zinio for Libraries, Artistworks, Comics Plus, OnePlay, and InstantFlix, will be down for a major planned service update beginning at 7pm, Monday, June 26 and running through approximately 9am, Tuesday June 27. These services, along with OneClickdigtal audiobooks, will not be available during the update.
OneClickdigital Audiobook Users
After the update, on June 27th, the OneClickdigital app will be updated to the new RBdigital app. This update can happen (1) automatically, if users have selected to have their apps update that way, or (2) manually, if triggered by users.
Once the app is updated, you can log in with the same credentials used for the OneClickdigital app. The new RBdigital app will have all your previous checkouts along with stored wishlists, holds, and history, but those checkouts will need to be downloaded again.
In the new RBdigital app you will be able to access and check out both audiobooks and magazines.
What will happen to your Zinio for Libraries app?
Starting around July 10, Zinio users will receive a notification within the current Zinio for Libraries app alerting them to the availability of the new RBdigital app and giving them the option to download it. The message will also show a counter counting down the timeframe for when the app will no longer function (currently planned for Sept. 8).
Message Text: “Zinio for Libraries has merged with RBdigital. In <X> weeks you will only be able to access your magazine collection on RBdigital. Please download the new RBdigital app now by clicking here. Note: Your username and password will remain the same.“
At the bottom of the message are the following buttons: “Update to New App,” “Remind Me Later” and “Don’t Ask Me Again.”
When you install the RBdigital app, you can log in with the same credentials used for the Zinio for Libraries app. At the end of the countdown the Zinio for Libraries app will be locked and you will see a message encouraging you to download the new app, but you cannot access the new app until you download and install it.
Message Text: “Zinio for Libraries has merged with RBdigital. To access your magazine collection, please download the new RBdigital app now by clicking here. Note: Your username and password will remain the same.”
The Zinio for Libraries app will remain on the device until you delete it. When the Zinio for Libraries app is deleted, all downloaded magazines will be removed from your device, freeing up memory. The new RBdigital app will have all previous checkouts available, but those checkouts will need to be downloaded again, as needed.
If you have any questions or problmes, you can contact RBdigital support by phone Monday – Friday 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM at 877-772-8346 or email email@example.com
